The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
what you really need is a couple basic vitamins that will turn most of your problems around, especially D3. I suggest you go on YouTube and watch Dr. Eric Berg. It will change your life for the better. God bless you, God keep you, may His healing be grace upon you.
Take your time. Probably most of us followers have been to the same movie and fully appreciate the suckage. It’ll eventually stabilize in what will seem like forever but as the Foreign Legion says, “March or die.”Or as roughly translated, takes a big dog to weigh a ton.
I suffer from dry mouth syndrome, although not terribly.
It's enough that I wake up with my mouth feeling like the Sahara desert.
Being forced to sleep sitting up because of my back doesn't help as my mouth hangs open.
What has helped -- somewhat -- are XyliMelts and TheraBreath lozenges, used in tandem.
The XyliMelts (you can use one or two nightly) adhere to the upper gum, stimulating saliva production. They stay put and remain nicely out of the way.
The TheraBreath (a Godsend for events!) is trickier. The shape helps them to adhere to the roof of your mouth but it's not an adhesive like the XyliMelts. If you can tolerate them while you sleep, they add another layer of wetness in your mouth.
My dentist recommended them to me when I complained about my mouth. I'd never heard of either product.
They may help and they won't hurt.
Best wishes on a good outcome from your doctors, where you learn what's going on AND can do something about it.
Sending prayers up for your return to health. Take time to recover. I'd prefer to see that you are solidly well. (In case you're wondering who I am, I am the wife of William Stoddard, one of your Huns. I hang out on Substack a lot currently, and when I saw you were here, I decided to support you.)
Please take a rest. We are not going anywhere.
We jst want you well, Sarah.
The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.

Agree with all…your health and sanity are far more important than our anxious awaiting you every screed.

No apology necessary, Sarah, but the explanation helps guide our prayers.
